Optimist Fleet

The Optimist is used in the Youth Sailing Program Monday through Thursday for young sailors beginning at age 8.  Our Opti sailors travel to various interclub events in South Jersey including weekend MAYRA Regattas and mid-week all-juniors regattas.  The AYC also runs a local Optimist racing series on Saturdays in conjunction with our traditional Sunfish races.
